The room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially with my limited Spanish skills. The hotel is in a great location, close to the ADO bus station and with plenty of convenience stores and supermarkets nearby. The cleanliness and modernity of the hotel was exceptional, and the owners truly care about their guests' comfort. I highly recommend this hotel for a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable stay.

it's a modern place, fairly clean. amicable and exceptionally nice people are working. the hotel has a great and awesome location, close to a square with very good local food. they serve cheap food, have a wide array of options to choose from. this is a venue go-to for cancun!

We were in a good location approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a paved city park. Helpful staff, they helped us a lot.

Beautifully kept and nice hotel, everything was brand-new. Units with regular window. Climate control, television, and a refrigerator available were an advantage. Magnificent very central location just off restaurants and the center of the downtown and bus station.

El hotel superó mis expectativas en muchos aspectos. Primero, el precio fue muy razonable para lo que ofrecía. Además, las habitaciones eran espaciosas y tenían balcón, lo cual fue una gran sorpresa. El personal era muy amable y servicial, y el servicio en general fue excepcional. Además, el desayuno promocional estuvo delicioso y a un precio muy justo. También me gustó que el hotel estuviera ubicado en una zona conveniente, cerca de todas las amenidades y lugares importantes que queríamos visitar en taxi. Aunque no había establecimientos o tiendas convenientes justo al lado del hotel, pudimos encontrar lugares para poner nuestro equipaje y colgar la ropa cerca. También fue agradable estar cerca de una comunidad residencial, lo cual le dio un ambiente acogedor al hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for a week and it was perfect for my needs. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures, modern and clean. The staff, especially Luis and Mineli, were friendly and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The convenience of having stores, supermarkets, and buses right at my doorstep was a huge plus. The WiFi was great and the price was definitely value for money. I highly recommend this hotel.

My recent stay at La Casa De Los Alcatraces was fantastic. The location is perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. I especially loved Los Alcanraces restaurant, which was just a short walk away. The hotel's internet connection was strong, which was important for me. The cleaning service was great, allowing me to request cleaning only when needed. The staff, particularly Luis, was extremely helpful and spoke excellent English. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel.

The room did have a bit of a humidity issue, which made it difficult to properly ventilate and caused our clothes to feel damp in the morning. There was also some mold on the bathroom ceiling.
